Assistent Controller
Als assistent van je mentor, de manager Finance & Control, ga je met toenemende autonomie bijdragen aan alle facetten van het financieel en bedrijfseconomisch proces. Je analyseert en bewaakt budgetten, stelt de financiële paragrafen in bedrijfs- en budgetrapportages op, inclusief voorstellen voor verbeteringen, adviezen en aanbevelingen, en draagt in brede zin bij aan het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van planning & control. Daarnaast werk je mee aan maandrapportages over kostprijzen, efficiency, producties, investeringen, onderhouds- en personeelskosten en QHSE-cijfers.
Control taken
Je registreert in nauwe samenwerking met de boekhouding de niet-routinematige boekingen, beheerst (tussen)rekeningen en verricht plausibiliteitscontroles. Je bespreekt eventuele relevante ontwikkelingen en zorgt voor de uitvoering van hieruit voortvloeiende acties. Andere activiteiten die onder jouw aandachtsgebied vallen, zijn het beoordelen van saldospecificaties, inclusief de bijbehorende managementrapportage, en de juiste administratieve verwerking van de vaste activa.
Projectadministratie, voorraadbeheer en accijnsafhandeling
Interessant onderdeel van de controlfunctie is de bijdrage aan investeringsprojecten, in de vorm van financiële prognoses, overleg over projectscope en -budget en opvolging van acties in de verschillende projectfases. Verder maak je kennis met de voorraadadministratie plus de periodieke vaststelling en administratie rond accijnsheffingen en de volledig onderbouwde goederenbalans voor de aangifte Winst Aandeel Staat, specifiek onderdeel van een bedrijf dat - zoals wij - grondstoffen uit de bodem wint.
