An international assignment might mean that you actually work abroad for a period of three to six months, or it could mean working on an international project while being based in the Netherlands. Either way, you'll be working in an international context and in regular contact with colleagues from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, perhaps speaking different languages.

International perspective

This project revolves around the external positioning of ING's Chances for Children. Starting during your central onboarding, you will work on this project together with an international group of peers.
