Student profile
We are looking for rounded Individuals who combine intellectual curiosity and the ability to conceptualize with the practical ability to get things done. Smart, driven personalities who can motivate and inspire in order to leave our clients better than they found them. Our ideal candidates will have a strong record of academic achievements, excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and preferably one other language, and international experience. They will have engaged in board membership or other relevant extracurricular activities that developed and enhanced their leadership, facilitation and analytical skills.

A.T. Kearney organizes several Strategy Days a year to offer high performing students in the end phase of their studies a valuable introduction to strategy consulting. This one-day business course is held during weekdays at our Amsterdam office and, as in our 3-day Strategy Challenge, you will work in a team-oriented session to develop a strategy for a large multinational company under the guidance of our consultants. You will face challenges that are part of the everyday lives of our consultants and you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to meet our people, from experienced Partners to recently hired Business Analysts.
