Jesse Bijleveld

Hi! My name is Jesse Bijleveld and I am the Project Manager General of the 58th EFR board. I am 22 years old and was raised in Middelburg in the beautiful province of Zeeland. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, playing squash and tennis. Before this board year, I joined the Inspiration Days committee and the Involve Consultancy Committee. After completing my Economics and Business Economics degree, I decided to apply for the EFR board, as I felt like it was time for me to develop myself on other areas than what I learnt in the lecture hall.

As Project Manager General, my main task is to supervise six part-time committees and one full-time committee. The part-time committees range from multiple socially oriented committees, like the High Five committee, to committees like the Activities committee and Inspiration Days committee. Furthermore, I oversee the Master Career Week, a full-time EFR committee that aims to connect students of the Erasmus School of Economics to their future employers, by organizing an off-campus recruitment event with bootcamps specific to a certain branch.

This year is extra special with all the Covid-19 restrictions (hopefully) lifted. I am really looking forward to organizing the all social events but also our flagship events such as the EFR inspiration Days. I am looking forward to this year a lot. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!
