Women in business

In February 2022, EFR organised the first ever edition of EFR Women in Business. This event is tailored towards all female (and those who identify as female) students of the Erasmus University. During the events the students met several successful women from the business world and participated in workshops on how to excel as a woman in business.

During the first edition we were able to welcome companies such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Deloitte and OC&C Strategy Consultants. Additionally we were able to hand out the first ever EFR Women in Business Award to Marjan van Loon, President-Directeur of Shell Nederland. 

As a part of the Women in Business committee you will organise the next edition of the EFR Women in Business congress, which takes place in February 2023. The event consists out of a lunch with succesful women from the business world, a key note speaker during the opening speaker and workshop rounds. As a committee you are responsible for connecting the female leaders of the future to the female leaders of the present.
