master orientation days - port days

Economics Faculty association Rotterdam (EFR) is hosting the Master Orientation Days - Port Days on the 16th and the 17th of May!
 

You are studying in Rotterdam, the city with one of the busiest and the largest port in Europe. Here in Rotterdam, opportunities are limitless. But have you ever wondered what awaits in the world of urban, port and transport economics? This two-day event will take you to explore the master programme at the ESE as well as career opportunities in your future journey of port management and maritime logistics.

The first day will be started off by Professor Martijn Streng, who will inform you about the Master programme in Urban, Port and Transport Economics. Then, we will hop on the bus to visit two major terminal companies, of which ECT is one of them. On the second day, we will visit the Port of Rotterdam, who will take you deeper into the world of port management and maritime logistics, followed by the presentation and workshop by MTBS. After that, we will take a speedboat city trip to witness a wonderful city of Rotterdam, before visiting the head office of MTBS and ending with the social drink at Café Het Witte Huis.
