IBEB introduction weekend

EFR is the official study association of the Erasmus School of Economics. Each year the School of Economics and EFR organize an introduction weekend for all prospective IBEB students of the new academic year. This is a weekend of relaxation, introductory activities, amazing parties and a dive into IBEB culture. We offer you the best opportunity to get to know your fellow freshmen, the iBuddies and the EFR organization in an exciting atmosphere.

What to expect?

The weekend is organized by the IBEB committee with help of the iBuddies, consisting of second- and third-year IBEB students who can introduce you to the student life of Rotterdam. All prospective first-year students of IBEB are invited to join, which means you will certainly get to enjoy a diverse experience of different cultures, and allows you to meet your fellow students.

The IBEB weekend takes place from August 26th to August 28th, right before the start of the academic year. Friday we will explore the amazing city of Rotterdam. In the afternoon we will travel to a location in the south of The Netherlands where we will enjoy the rest of the weekend. We will return on Sunday (August 28th) so you can get ready to officially start your academic career!

You can join the IBEB Weekend are €78,-. The price includes accommodation for two nights, transport to and from the location, two breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and amazing activities!

Important: This weekend has a strict drinks and drugs policy; during the whole weekend, drug use is forbidden and no alcohol should be consumed by students under 18.
