EFR Mental Health Event

Leave your worries behind during EFR’s mental health event! We have organized three events on Wednesday March 3rd to help you relax during these difficult times. Let’s get active!

The first event is an online yoga workout session, given by an experienced yoga teacher from 10:30-11:30.

After the yoga session, you can grab a plate of your favorite food and eat while listening to an interesting lecture talk given by Dr. Baars, an educational psychologist, during our Lunch & Learn. This lunch will be from 12:00-13:00.

To finish the day, we will have a guided meditation & talk session. You will be completely relaxed and refreshed after. This session will be from 13:30-14:30.
